Last month we launched Hockey Fit a dynamic, challenging and fun Online Course to an incredible response!
Designed to combat athlete stagnation, boredom and to give Hockey parents some needed support, this five-day course targets players between the ages of 8 and 12 years old. Talented and engaging Instructors lead them through skating specific movements using bodyweight workouts and minimal equipment from the comfort of their own home.
Join the Q Crew via Zoom Webinar as this strength-building program continues on Monday, April 27, alongside our multitude of new online options.

Here is just a sample of the fantastic feedback we received from parents and athlete throughout the past few weeks:
“I think you guys are doing a great job. Erik loves his time with you three. The banter makes him feel like he is back on the ice or in the dressing room with his friends.”
“My son was online doing the ‘Hockey Fit Online’ program today. He really enjoyed it!”
“We would like to send a GIANT thank you to Coaches Vanessa, Danny, Marius and Hammy for the great hockey program.
Andy says, ‘It was great. I got stronger at stick handling. Hope to do it again soon!’
Simon says, ‘It was fun! I got stronger at everything. Thank you very much!’
It was great for the boys to connect with people outside of our house, get some exercise, and work on their skills.”
“My daughter had a great time this last week at ‘Hockey Fit Online.’ It was a great workout, and I could see her stickhandling improving by the end of the week.”
“Right now, they truly are the highlight of my son’s day.”
Registered athletes will learn and practice a variety of skills that are aimed to improve their on-ice performance. We focus on increasing strength, conditioning, balance, coordination, and stickhandling abilities. Through drills and training techniques, players burn off some of that excess energy while they are cooped up at home!
Attendees will need their hockey sticks, one stickhandling ball (a golf ball will do fine), five soup cans or rolls of toilet paper, and enough room that they can comfortably move around — that’s it!
Register today to take back control of your athletic progression. Don’t let this time go to waste!
